Background: Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a respiratory sleep disorder characterized by partial or complete obstruction of the upper airway. [1] The most common complaints are loud snoring and disruption of normal sleep architecture and witnessed apnea. Patients with undiagnosed sleep apnea represent a major public health problem. Treatment of OSA varies from simple oral appliances and nasal continuous positive airway pressure to surgical procedure. Oral appliance therapy is an important treatment modality for obstructive sleep apnea. This study aimed to present a case report using oral appliance for treatment of mild OSA.
