Premature loss of posterior teeth result in complications of space loss and missing anterior teeth can pose functional, psychological and aesthetic derangements which have a negative impingement on the child behavior. The purpose of this paper was to describe the rehabilitation of deciduous anterior and posterior teeth in a 5-year-old child by employing a new and an innovative technique for the replacement of maxillary incisors integrated in the design of ordinary Nance Palatal Arch space maintainer. The novel appliance constructed fully contented the requirements of the patient for aesthetics and at the same time maintained the space for posterior teeth.
