Background: The most daunting task for a prosthodontist is to rehabilitate a patient who has undergone radical maxillectomy. These maxillary defects are often connected to the orbital and the nasal cavities causing severe facial disfigurement affecting one’s quality of life. Therefore, it is critical to fabricate the oro-orbital prosthesis such that they will restore the function of chewing and improve the extra-oral esthetics. The purpose of this case report is to illustrate rehabilitation of a patient with a combined maxillary and orbital defect. Keywords: Maxillectomy, Combined Prosthesis, Obturator, Orbital prosthesis.
