Gingival recession is frequently associated with non-carious cervical lesion (NCCL). NCCL includes abrasion and abfraction as well as erosion. The usual clinical presentation is the presence of v-shaped ditch in the cervical areas of tooth with considerable loss of tooth structure. The defect was filled with RMGIC followed by CTG with coronally advanced flap. The present case reports with miller Class I gingival recession with deep abrasion.
