This case report presents the orthodontic management of a 17-year-old female patient with a skeletal Class III malocclusion and multiple dental discrepancies, including anterior and posterior crossbite, retrocline incisors, crowding, and retained deciduous teeth. The patient was treated with fixed mechanotherapy using the MBT 0.022” system. A multidisciplinary diagnostic approach involving clinical, radiographic, and cephalometric analysis guided the treatment planning. Favourable skeletal and dental changes were achieved, improving both function and facial aesthetics
