Background: Bar and clip attachments are used to increase the retention and stability of the prosthesis thereby considerably improving the level of satisfaction of patients. These attachments are generally employed for connecting the prosthesis to implants, but also can be used successfully to retain tooth-supported prosthesis. Here we report a case of implant supported over denture (Bar and clip).
