Aims: The aims of the study are to determine the effectiveness of 12.5% dextrose prolotherapy in the management of TMJ disorders. Methods: Patients suffering and diagnosed cases of TMDs were included in the study. Prolotherapy was performed using 12.5% dextrose and 2% lidocaine on the subjects. Results and Conclusion: Data obtained will be subjected to statistical analysis, and a conclusion will be arrived at.
