Abstract

Background:  The restoration of unaesthetic anterior teeth has always been a challenge to a dentist. With the increased demand and patient awareness, use of veneers to restore unaesthetic teeth has increased.  They offer a conservative and durable treatment modality. In this article, an insight has been given on indications, contraindications, advantages, disadvantages and steps of fabrication along with the recent advances.
