Abstract

Management of root canal curvatures poses a challenge to the clinician. Pre-determination of the degree of curvature and usage of proper instrumentation techniques enable successful negotiation of the bends, favoring a successful outcome. The following report elaborates on the application of a novel instrumentation technique known as the tactile-controlled activation technique in the management of S-shaped curvatures in maxillary premolars.
