Background: This case report describes cosmetic rehabilitation of a patient suffering with Phthsis Bulbi and Central heterochromic eye by a custom scleral shell ocular prosthesis. An innovative combination of modified impression technique, centralization of iris and characterization of scleral shell has been attempted to simulate the form, size and color of contralateral natural eye. The fabricated prosthesis was light in weight, aesthetically pleasing, and economic.
