Mandibular incisors are considered to be the simplest for endodontic treatment but the internal and external root canal anatomy of mandibular incisors could present with a number of variations including extra canals. This case series describes the successful endodontic treatment of mandibular incisors having two root canals. This case series also emphasizes the use of recently developed diagnostic aids in dentistry like cone-beam computed tomography which helps clinician to know about tooth morphology well before starting the treatment.
