Abstract

Background:  This is a case report of a 18 year-old male with a Class II division 1 malocclusion along with cross bite with upper right central incisor, treated with a Churro jumper. The Churro Jumper is a clinically efficient, inexpensive and uncomplicated fixed flexible functional appliance to correct skeletal class II malocclusion. The only problem with this appliance is its frequent breakage and oral hygiene maintenance causing inconvenience to both patient as well as operator.
