Background: To evaluate the knowledge and attitude towards the implementation of the current treatment concepts for the restoration of endodontically treated teeth (ETT) among endodontists, prosthodontists, and general practitioners in India. Materials and Methods: AQuestionnaire was framed and prepared with Google Forms with 19 closed-ended questions. It was sent randomly to a total of 750 Participants (Endodontists, Prosthodontists, or General Practitioners) in India, working in various government and private hospitals or clinics. All the collected data were analyzed using the statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS) software. Statistical Analysis: Data from the Google questionnaire forms were analyzed by using SPSS. Results: The findings of this simple observational study were tabulated and the results were analyzed to get an idea about different restoration modalities for ETT among clinicians in India. The results of the present survey indicate that there is a wide variation in the approach of clinicians toward the restoration of endodontically treated among dental practitioners in India. Conclusion: Within the limitations of the present study, it may be concluded that the restoration of non-vital teeth varies from a completely empirical approach to biomechanically driven concepts, with the conservation of tissue and application of a modern adhesive approach.
