Background: Alveolar ridge deformity arises commonly following tooth loss resulting in esthetic and functional problems mainly in the anterior maxilla region. In such individuals, ridge augmentation has been carried out as a common periodontal-prosthetic practice. Here we report a case where anterior maxillary alveolar ridge augmentation was carried out to improve prosthetic prognosis in a 36 year old male patient using subepithelial connective tissue graft.
