Abstract

Restoration of form and function is the goal of a surgeon; therefore, tooth loss is replaced by dental implant from time immortal but still the controversy exist whether immediate placement is better than delayed implants. Therefore, in order to draw a conclusion, we conducted a study to compare the efficacy of immediate implant versus delayed implants.
