Background: Caries process is driven by the activity in the biofilm. Thus, the cavitated lesion after provisional sealing is more favorable to the remineralization of dentin as there is decrease of the bacterial count as a result of reduction of exogenous nutrient supply. Here, postmitotic odontoblasts can be induced to up-regulate their synthetic and secretory activities in response to reduced infectious challenge in permanent teeth with deep carious lesion. Materials and method: Study group comprised of suitable number of healthy young children not less than 6 years of age and not more than 14 years of age with deep carious lesion in permanent molars. children with deep carious lesion strictly adhering inclusion and exclusion. Results: There was no association present between the level of cold and among the state of examination of subjects i.e. pre and post examination among group p was not significant. P>0.05. Conclusion: Resin modified GIC restoration with Calcium Hydroxide base can be a choice in deep carious teeth to protect vital tooth specially in young patients. which was functional, asymptomatic, with normal physiologic mobility, normal probing depths, and a satisfactory coronal restoration. Statistically no significant association found between the level of quality and among the state of examination of subjects i.e. pre and post examination.
